  1. I ordered my Banshee 300 MkGs 9mm on 9/18/20, just got a call and multiple emails telling me my gun has moved into Production and will be going to my LGS in 2-3 weeks. Dang, dang, dang, I am so excited.

  2. Over 20 weeks for me. First told that it would be 10 to 15 weeks. Now telling 20 weeks or more. No communication from CMMG telling me the status of my AR just these videos. There customer service need an over haul and get better management. All they need to do is to keep the communication open and not Keeping there customers in the dark. I know the are losing customers. I have a 10mm which I bought just before the great demand started and love it. That why I ordered one in 6mm ARC. I want my AR before Uncle Joe tries to take away.

  3. I've spoken to many ppl that ordered guns from CMMG 6-8 months ago that still don't have it yet. That is absurd and totally inexcusable. I attended a local gun show on 1/16/21 and many ppl saying the same thing. I cancelled rifle orders that I had made in the summer of 2020… never once received an update from them. No responses to any email I sent. Called them a few times… horrible customer service and no sense of urgency whatsoever. You have been warned.

  4. "Look," people need work, even if it's in a "temporary" CNC position. At least they get to feed their family by working. Get that third shift in effect already! 20+ weeks? "…come on man!"

  5. Customers should also check on vendors that carry CMMG products. I managed to find a vendor who got the barrel/bolt set I wanted in stock and grabbed it the same day they got it in.

  6. Thanks for the communication – it is helpful. Look forward to ultimately receiving one your quality, highly regarded firearms
in .350 Legend (should be a great deer gun). I am fine with wait time as long as it ultimately comes…. 👍

  7. Honestly this just makes me want to order 3 more firearms right now lol. Already a few weeks in for my lead time wait and I do not mind waiting. This is one of the best weapons I've shot by far

  8. Been waiting for a Banshee 300 22LR pistol since first week of July. Lead time keeps moving out. Started at 10-12 weeks and now at 20. At 12 weeks I was told it was the lower holding it up for up to 4 more weeks. At 16 weeks I was told it was the barrel for up to another 4 weeks. Wonder what will happen at 20 weeks.

  9. I ordered my banshee 45 acp back in August. At that time it said a lead time of about 10 weeks. Is this you guys saying thats no longer valid? Or is this you guys saying these are lead times for new orders? I really hope this is for new orders, not people already waiting.

  10. Right now I treat orders like I do NFA items order it and forget it, it will be a surprise when it comes in and BTW just got the 22 conversion in and I love it. Keep up the good work 👍

  11. Thanks for the update. I'm a LTL trucker and trust me its not just you, it's everyone, in every industry pretty much. In my area there is more freight then there are trucks and drivers. And that is unfortunately also leading to longer lead times at these places because we simply cannot get them their parts or raw materials as quickly as we use to. To those at home out of work or looking for a career change, have you ever thought about becoming a truck driver? Now is a good time to consider it.

  12. Mike – is there any way a customer can find out where their order is in the que?
I ordered a 45ACP Banshee 300 on July 21st. Was placed "on hold" on July 27th with the note that I was looking at 10+ weeks at that time.
It's been 12 weeks since the "hold" status was placed.
I also ordered a 9mm ARC upper on September 9th figuring it would be about 12 weeks from that point. I'm 6 weeks into that hold cycle – whatever that may be.
Does this NEW 20+ weeks apply to NEW orders from here on out or does it also apply to older orders such as mine?
This new info may be helpful to the new customer understanding what to expect.
Not sure there's any clarity in customers like me that have been quite patient until someone moves the goal posts.

  13. I’m interested in how long it take for CMMG to diagnose, fix, retest and ship a rifle that had to be returned. Ordered a 458 socom 300 resolute and received about 14 weeks after placing my order. Super excited to get it and shoot it. Unfortunately, I had to send it back exactly one week after receiving it. I’m sure the fix is easy and simple (I suspect it’s the BCG more specifically the extractor) but would like an update about how long this procedure takes.

  14. “I know it’s not the greatest thing…” Yes, yes it is. And thank you for it. I ordered something a while back but I was warned about the problem and I know that bothering you guys about it isn’t going to make it appear faster. All I’d be doing by bitching about it is taking up everybody’s time. I’m buying something produced in my home state and I think that’s awesome! Keep up the good work, stay healthy and don’t burn yourself out! My son is a welder in a fabrication plant in Springfield and believe you me, it doesn’t do anybody any good to wear yourself to a nub. We’ll all get through this.
