  1. I will put my ordered from Amazon $26 dollars Visanol Branded 12×42's up against these models any day of the week and bet most people could not tell the difference between them as far as the lenses go. (OO)…..{=O=}==#….(OO)……..LOL

  2. I would love for you to do a review of of the Hawke Frontier ED 8×42 binoculars. Seems like these would compare nicely to the others in this price range. Thanks!

  3. You absolutely nailed what I'm looking for in an optics review. Relevant brands/models, images/video I can see, analysis based on data and the ability to articulate similarties/differences….not just "these have better glass", no annoying long intro, no regurgitating the marketing talking points, no trying to be outrageous….just a good, helpful, informative review. THANK YOU!!! Any videos coming out with Leupold optics? Any chance you'll do any rifle scope reviews?

  4. Hi fella.

Thanks for the recent no bullshit, purposeful reviews of the Vortex HD & Monarch 5.

I shoot and although 'thermal imaging' is my main spotting tool, I need a new pair of 'reasonable' entry binos and your videos have helped greatly.

I will now be purchasing a set of Vortex HD 10×42 (about £220 here in the UK), and I will be dropping Vortex a line with proof of purchase and advising of your influence in my decision.

    Oh yea… subscribed also👍

All the best from sunny England.

    Regards,

  5. Been doing my head in the last few weeks trying to convince myself a Viper HD, conquest HD or Trinovid would be fine for my needs. Ordered the SLC's today LMAO! Thanks for helping make my decision easier.

  6. Really enjoy your channel and your passion for optics. The videos helped me to choose a new set for myself. I don’t know a lot about digiscoping (or digibining), but are there universal adapters you could use to put your phone into for each set you’re testing? Or does each manufacturer require separate adapters? Either way, I’d love to hear your perspective about it in a video about digiscoping.

  7. From reviews I've seen Vortex did a good job updating the Diamondback bins to HD without also increasing the price for the HD version. Which is better for hunting? vs Which is better for birding/general wildlife viewing? Would be interesting questions and answers. Worthy, I think, of some future video. What are the key features to consider when selecting a binocular for different pursuits? I think the optimum models will be different. With all-rounder binoculars being the limited budget compromise choice.

Then there is also sports viewing or stargazing binoculars, etc. Do opera fans, that also hunt, take their opera glasses on a deer hunt. Nah, probably not. ; -) The so-called "wide angle constellation binoculars" are the strangest binoculars I've run across during internet searches.

  8. I would just save up about $100 more and hunt down used Viper HDs. The diamondbacks are good, but the image is just not refined enough to my eyes. Although very sharp the CA in challenging lighting just kills the picture

  9. Hi! Good review, looking at your reviews y can see you use a lot more the 10×42 configuration more than any other, is there a reason for this? and i want to know what do you think about pocket binoculras and if you recomend one in particular. Thanks a lot and keep up with nice channel!
