The Upper parts with out BCG and Charging handle $250.00 Purchased in March of 2020. OK over all, but would not be my first choice.

CBC..? Like in Brazil..? Those guys make AR upper parts kits?
CBC made Mossberg's Plinkster. Now they make another rifle for another company – but the magazines and parts are interchangeable with the Plinkster. CBC made clone/copies of the Remington Nylon, back in the 80's..
They have an interesting history.
