Nikon coolpix P1000 testing 3.000 optical zoom. A griffon vulture is really far in Monte del Pardo in Madrid, Spain. But i try to film with this incredible camera and here you have the result. Amazing for wildlife this Nikon coolpix P1000 !!!

I have the same camera……and as mentioned by you…..incredible zoom range……but I am a little bit disapointed when it comes to "long range photos" I don't achive crystal clear pictures by using focal lengths above 1100 mm in auto mode. Maybe it's me, to put it that way. Have you tested your P1000 on longer focal lengths?
