We decided to compare the PSA KS47 to the CMMG MK47 sometimes known as the Mutant or Resolute. The two are quite similar but there’s also different in at least one big way. We show the MK47 CMMG and the KS 47 from Palmetto State Armory side by side and break it down.

Wouldn’t a high end 6.5 Grendel bolt work in the ks47. Maybe a Aero Precision Grendel BCG.

Noticeable ejection difference between the 2. The MK looked like it had good ejection with a way more forceful push out. The KS looked like it was barely spitting the round out. Is that from the heavier spring on the KS?

I have an AR15 chambered in 7.62×39 and I love it.
Does the KS47 require the Palmetto state armory upper in 7.62×39 to function or can you put any AR15 upper that is chambered in 7.62×39? Reason I ask is the upper appears to be out of stock.
reliability and longevity are job 1.
I would love an HK 416 style rifle chambered in 7,62×39 mm, but with all of its original features, not adapted to AK magazines. Then I would enjoy the ergonomics of the AR style rifle combined with the availability and power of the 7,62×39 mm ammunition.
Oh on a side note slightly off topic. The CMMG standard forged AR15 lower is fantastic for the money. It's just a plain ol mil-spec forged lower but the teflon coating they use is tough, durable and it looks amazing. Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone looking for a quality mil-spec lower (if you can even find one)>
Sadly I'm in the market for an AK47 and it's probably the worst time in history for that lmao. That said the AK I really want is the PSA AKE. After watching Rob Ski's review and reading tons of input from guys on forums it seems to be good to go. I love the fact it's a fully American made AK and the FN CHF/CL barrel is fantastic. The reason I am leaning PSA AK-E is simple. Of all the AK's I've seen guys shoot groups with the AK-E seems to be if not the most accurate one of the most accurate AK's you can buy. I've watched guys shoot 1moa groups with it but usually an average of like 1.5-1.75 which is great for an AK and 7.62×39. I'd like to hear your and anyone's thoughts and opinions on the AK-E?
How is the recoil comparison

I broke the extractor to my bcg on my KS-47. The life time unlimited warranty covered it and they sent me a whole new BCG. Real easy guys to work with btw. It happened after running through over 2000 rounds with the majority being trash rounds and steel case.
I wonder if the MK47 upper and the KS47 lower are compatable with each other.

I’ve been running a regular AR mag 7.62×39, and the most likely failures in the BCG is the extractor. Avoid nitrided Extractors and you shouldn’t have any issues at all. My nitrided extractors typically had about an 800-1200 rd lifespan, while the NiB extractors I picked up are at 3000+ without any sign of giving out.
I need to make uppers for both rifles in a 6.5 Grendel and still be able to use AK 47 mags all I got to do is make your goddamn uppers but yet do they I swear to God it must be a Democrat running both businesses that mean that is an insult
The downside of Palmer state armoury is they don't answer the phone and they leave their customers hanging for some godly reason they produce their own parts and yet they could not produce anything like a Democrat running the business that voted for biting cannot figure it out why do you leave your customers hanging
Had to sand my p mags a little but the metal Korean ones work great in the 47
I have a pre ban colt Hbr in 7.62×39 1 of about 1500 shoots 3/4 inch groups at 100 yards all day long by far my favorite rifle for hynting hogs stops them in there tracks!
But do they take glock mags
So question is there a binary trigger system that works in the mk47?
