I saw a video a few days ago saying the ATF made another ruling about AR pistols… if the pistol brace extends, you have to measure the length at max extension to the trigger, and if it’s more than 13.5” fully extended- you no longer have a pistol, and you need a tax stamp otherwise you have a federal firearms violation… Anyone else hear about this? Because the pistol in this video looks like that qualifies when fully extended. I had a SB PDW brace, and added a Law Tactical folder to it making my length of pull at 14”- so I either remove the folder, or get another brace that is a half inch shorter to meet ATF demands???
