Is there extensive carbon build up from the filthy 22lr? Do you have to completely disassemble the entire upper after a few hundred rounds to clean it?
Nice video.
Both my CMMG and old J. Ceiner conversion kits work okay with Remington Thunderbolt as well. Horribly, a jam about every 100th round as well. Tried CMMG's plastic charging handle based on reviews and it caused more problems with a jam every mag. So that one for me was a bust. I advise getting CMMG's mag loader because loading small rounds toward the 20+ mark tends to slide around on the one just below and after a few hundred…gets bothersome. Yeah, Brother…keep making videos. Miss them.
Awesome build. Great content. 22s are fun to shoot and cheap. However, it’s almost as rare as the 9mm ammo.
Keep making videos dude
I thought about getting one of these but decided to go with a dedicated upper instead of fouling my barrel on my go to with all the nasty lead from cheap .22. I’ve done table top on it but still need to upload it
Eddy for president 🤗🇺🇸
Any way to get bolt catch to work when the mag is removed?
Please let us know if you find another brand of magazine that works for the cmmg conversion kit
I've owned one of these. Theyre junky at best and unreliable. I bought a cheap $400 M&P 15-22 just to be done with it.
How much lead buildup do you get in?
