  1. I have the same problem.
I’m running the mk4 9mm pistol with the conversation mags.
It didn’t even pass the safety check before I even fired the gun.
Every 3rd or 4th round would just lazily fall into the ejection port.
Sometimes I would have turn the pistol sideways just to let it fall out.

Thanks for letting us know about BCM kit.
I’m going to try that because there is no way in hell I want to send it back and have them keep it for months.
Hell, it took them 6 months just to get me the gun the first time.

    6

    FREAKIN

    MONTHS!!!

There are lot of gun-tubers here on youtube in cmmg’s pocket because there are lot of us real customers who actually buy their products who are having issues with this company.
I know a guy who waited over a year for his gun.
    Goodness gracious.

  2. I've been looking for a 9mm bdw for ever at this point. All of them except for cz scorpion seems to be the only gun without issues. Vector from my own experience has issues, mpx or anything from sig always has issues, now the banshee. Rrally wanted something that wasn't outright blowback like cz or 400 dollar ar9 but gees. Why don't any of these smg like guns seem to just work

  3. I’m having a problem where every 2nd or 3rd round malfunctions. Just shot it today for the first time with fmj reloads, blazer brass, Hornady critical defense JHPs. Every single thing I threw at it has a failure. I cleaned it and I’m gonna try again tomorrow with Winchester white box, Hornady critical defense, and fiocchi JHPs. to see if cleaning and non reloaded ammo stops the problem.

  4. After 400 shots, I also started having problems. Replacing the extractor spring helped, but sometimes there were problems again. The reason is a flaw in the extractor. It is necessary to increase the extractor engagement channel. Also, reduce the adjoining surface of the extractor. Now even works on a very dirty rifle. 2000 shots without problems …

  5. People are still eating up the springs and having to replace them regularly before 1000 rds (even upgraded kits). How this made it past testing is unbelievable. There is a design flaw and they knew, or they need to fire their manufacturer for bad tolerances in regards to the BCG or barrel.

Either way, I was really excited to get one, but no way in hell until CMMG announces why and how they fixed this.

  6. Hey, looking for some advice here. I am building my own custom AR9 with the CMMG 5" radial delayed blowback BCG. What weight buffer system are you using for this? I have been doing some research – some say use the carbine 3oz weight. Some say use the H and also H2 weight. Any advice will be much appreciated. I will probably replace the extractor spring also after watching this when I receive my BCG.

  7. My shooting buddy can't get his to work. If you suggest these aren't reliable, people jump all over you for it. There are a LOT of people with unreliable CMMG 9mms. The problem is there are far more respected youtubers pimping them for compensation.

C3junkie dot com is a website documenting efforts to fix CMMG's design. For my buddy's sake, I wish CMMG would put a hundredth as much effort into designing their products as they do advertising them. The hype surrounding these guns is ridiculous.

  8. i have a resolute and a banshee not going to lie….kinda picky guns. i bought it after seeing tons of positive reviews …..a little disappointed i spent thousands and im not as happy as the guy who spend 600 in what "i thought" was a crapy ar9…..not giving up on cmmg yet but not happy to say the least

  9. Thanks for your video. I just got the 5" barrel version brand new yesterday and the first 100 rounds through it shot flawless then all of sudden its stovepipeing every other round exactly how you describe. Three diffrent types of 9mm used.. I've cleaned and lubed it throughly and nothing works. Guess I need to contact CMMG and I'll try replacing the extractor spring as well.
