I used to run a conversion untill I built a dedicated. I ran it so long in 7.5 inch ar that it wouldn't chamber a round, I'd advise if you use this, run at least 1 223 round every 500 rounds to blow all that shit out. And if its your home defense gun do that at least every 100 rounds or per range trip.
