Today, the House held a second reading for House Bill 1369, to improve the ability of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves and their loved ones. This is further into the legislative process than similar bills advanced in previous years, and it is because of hard work from, and strong leadership by, Representatives Smaltz, Lucas, Lehman, and Wesco.
