I want the vortex 1×10 !
Grendel for me. Long range and hunting.
Guys, don't buy anything from Classic Firearms. They take your money and then NEVER ship your order. I've had an order sitting in 'ready for picking' for over a month now. Going to get my bank involved at this point.
I'm watching this during the Ammo shortage. I feel like that Indian from that 1970's commercial. I got the single tear rolling down my face because of all that ammo being shot, wishing I could join in on the fun.
Is it me or did u only shoot 29 rounds of 6.5
7.62×39
Hard to choose got everything but the .300 blackout… I'd say 6.5 Grendel Best all around but next up 7.62 then 5.56 and .300 blackout. 5.56 and .300 blackout is too expensive right now.
300 Blk out is a solid round
SBR's and AR pistols are very popular right now. In a 10.3 inch barrel like the DD MK18. Law enforcement is using soft point bullets in short barrel 5.56. Pleas do some ballistic gel test with soft point bullets shooting out of a short barrel at 100 yds.
5.56 for NATO ammo pick ups and 7.62×39 for commie ammo pickups. Would be cool to use the ak mag lower.
All of them the most you can find ammo for a lot of ammo I wanna win 6.5 is awesome
I really like my .223. I built one that eats steel ammo all day. I love my .300, but dang, the ammo is so expensive and hard to find. I also built a .224 Valkerie, which is so fun to shoot, but again expensive. I may have to build a 6.5 Grendal. I'm finding ammo for .44 cents a round, and sounds like a fun round to shoot.
Thanks Clint!
I have a question if anyone is able to answer. What are “enhanced” parts? What makes them difference than millspec?
77gr otm puts 5.56 on a whole different level. People that shit on the little bullet should try it out.
My AR was built for home defense and CQB. .300blkout suppressed with some Critical Defense rounds. Great round and can keep my hearing if something goes bump in the night.
6.8 SPC, 6mm ARC?
Y'all need to stop panic buying ammo, you're adding to the problem… Why the Hell didn't you stock up before an election year???
What about the 350 legend round? I’ve been doing a lot of research on it and it seems pretty cool. Ammo is widely available cause no one really knows about it.
I have a case of 198gr SP 7.62×39. Muzzle velocity is 1500fps from 16". It is devastating at 100yds vs boar
The only sound with a suppressor is the action cycling.
6.5 may be best for me, a deer at 400 yards would be the toughest shot I would take. But 223 may be the easiest/cheapest to get ammo for, unless a lot of old 7.62 russian is dumped.
The gun thats free !
If you got big boy money go with a 300blk and get honey badger got to shoot one once and loved it
Hey Clint, do you need a scope at 25 feet?
Gonna have to go with the Maxim. Very nice pistol! Absolutely the one I got the most available ammo. Also agree with the 7.62×39 being a fairly accurate reliable round.
450 bushmaster!!!
7.62×39 is my favorite cartridge!!! My ar my ak my sks bullpup. I love it!!! That maxim is sexy btw
I'd like to try the 7.62 the 300blk out and the 6.5 I think they all have their individual shine in their individual areas i think its great that there are so many varieties for cartridges caliber n what not. Hopefully I'll be able to get and also build some of every variation someday when I can afford collecting again or if I end up lucky enough to win on your great site classic firearms.com 🙂
I'm gonna go with 6mm arc. It doesn't have a huge backing yet but it's performance in the AR 15 platform is at the very top.
Yes, do that video, silencer vs suppressor. Silencer/silenced sounds so 80's James Bond. Suppressor/suppressed sounds more modern and sophisticated.
The 300 black out because it is a great home defense and right now my home defense is a hellcat with the factory trigger 🤣 so that would be a great upgrade. But honestly I would be happy with any one of those guns
6.5 Grendel add to collection
7.62×39 war proven
Stop talking about the same shit
6.5 Grendel, its a happy middle ground that is pretty good in all the things I want to do.
