What do you think about rechargable ones I mean ones with dynamo?
I got my first few Streamlights off a Snapon truck, the Protac aaa's which were good for pulling dashes etc (not blinding). I moved to the Protac AA, Sidewinder, and Sidewinder compact outside of work. My buddies carried the bigger Streamlights, but they always ran out of juice with their proprietary battery. I always have 100 or so aa, and aaa batteries on rotation that I keep in Maxpedition battery holders. The only proprietary battery I use is a Olight Wave H35 with a 5200mAh battery pack that I got for like 20 bucks when they discontinued. If it didn't last so long I wouldn't like it. Crazy how far tech has come from my old coon light rigs.
