  1. Man I love it, I got the bfs1000 n I hate the tirret caps but its an amazing scope..only bought it because like 3 guys at the store that day had that scope n said bro its awesome get it so I did. But I def want this new one

  2. Nikon glass is so underrated. Especially with their involvement in the camera world if there’s one thing Nikon knows how to do right, it’s glass. And the Black line of optics are no exception and they actually feel pretty rugged too.

  3. Just wanted to say I just found you on YouTube while researching what I should or would buy and love your channel thanks for keeping it honest and being thorough with your reviews.. I am a follower now as well!

  4. I humbly respect your opinion, however there are few things to really consider that Nikon just does not have.

1st the Warranty, Nikon does not stand by their product enough to have a robust warranty. Companies such as Riton and Vortex stand by their products 100%.

2nd the Customer Service, Nikons customer service is below par when it comes to scopes and binoculars. I know first hand when I waited for a new scope replacement for 6 months due to a factory defect. In addition, every time I called, I was speaking to people that could barley understand me, nor I them.

3rd the company, Nikon was founded in Japan around 1917, so they have a huge lead on some of the other companies, however their nitch is cameras hands down.

4th military and police discounts, because the company is a Japanese company, I imagine they could care less about out military and police members and therefore do not offer a discount. Other companies such as Riton, Vortex, and Bushnell have discounts for our service members and police officers.

Personally, Rition Optics is the way yo go for affordability at all budgets to get quality glass.

    Great gun work BTW,

  5. I bought a Nikon 2-7 to put on a Remington 788 6mm probably ten or so years ago because I couldn't afford a Leupold at the time. I thought I would "upgrade" later on down the road. I still have that scope on that rifle and I've bought probably five or six more Nikon optics since. They're so rugged, precise and dependable that I never felt the need for a "higher quality" scope after that.

I've hit consistently at well over 500 yards in the canyon behind my house for years now with my savage 308 and I've never had to re-zero. Nikon delivers on optics as far as I'm concerned.

  6. I took your advice on that Black Force 1-4x (I got two on a great sale at Brownells) and have been in love with them ever since. I’ll be giving this one a try, for sure. Btw, I got a Black Force 6-24x for my son and that is pretty awesome, too. I’m sold!
