LOVE 10MM!!! I got tired of waiting for Ruger to come out with their PC 10 Carbine, so I bought the Hi-Point 1095TS 10mm carbine. It's butt-ugly, but a ton of fun to shoot. My LGS through in a 100 round box of FMJ. I fired off about 15 rounds to sight it in, which is where I usually stop for the day, but I ended up running through the whole box and most of a box of Underwood 180gr Bonded JHP defensive rounds before I could stop myself. Yep, butt-ugly, but a ton of fun.
An elongated .40? The .40S&W is a pussified 10mm. The FBI pussies couldn't handle the 10mm, so they asked manufacturers to reduce the powder in their 10mm rounds. S&W did, but they also cut the case down and the pussified 10mm, aka the .40S&W, was born. Elongated .40 my arse!

This gun is not functioning well in most YouTube videos. I own a Glock 29, which needs different recoil springs to handle the breadth of 10mm velocities and weights, so it’s kind of understandable. Hopefully the kinks will get worked out.
In a purpose-driven defensive situation. Would you recommend a pistol carbine in 9mm, 10mm or 300 BLK for someone contemplating their first rifle?
