648 dollars directly from LaRue. That was the cheapest I found. You might have better luck. Pricey but worth every penny Pete! Very light option, 5 year battery life, NVG capable, quick detach mount with 1/3 co witness with your iron sights. The 660 tall mount keeps the red dot above the front sight post so it makes the longer range shoots easier. When you flip you rear iron sight up for co witness the red dot sits directly on the post. I think that it is absolutely great, others may differ.

get the VLTR stock, i have them on all my AR's and they are much nicer than the magpul stocks…

Sorry ab the 1911(s) Pete. Don't worry, you'll get em back in good time. I think it was a wise decision to pickup the AR while u still can. I was gonna recommend a stock for the Bushmaster if u can get it from JABTAC. Its the Magpul UBR that Paul from humansfortargets reviewed some three months back or so. Reference his video if you aren't familiar, but I would personally recommend this stock, as Magpul makes some of the best products I have come across in my opinion. Keep it up Pete!

ever since remmington bought bushmaster i haven't really wanted one, remmington has screwed me over to many times for me to trust them or there other companies ill buy a windham( the original guy who owned bushmaster)

I hope you go with the aimpoint t1 or h1. I have a Dd mk18 coming my way and I'm 90% sure that's what I'm going with and in going to do a pure co-witness off of some Troy flip sights the rear being the diamond peep. Can't seem to settle on the Hk style front or the standard ar style Troy front.

Hell yeah, love that fuckin A frame front sight, same set up on my S&W, with troy back up rears, kinda plain jane rifle, quad rail, m4 stock and m4 profile barrel, aimpoint.. basically i have it set up like a regular M4 which makes sense considering i'm in the army and thats what i'm used to using

Great Job Pete.. I took your advice and picked up a new AR myself, I went with the Daniel Defense DDM4 from my local shop, Element Arms. Its a flat top with the DD tube rail up front. Going with the Troy folding battle sites and the angled foregrip. I'm seeing a lot of Aimpoint comp 2 sites on Ebay staring around 250 used.. I might go for that over the Eotech cause I like that you can cover up the glass when not in use. Looking forward to the range vid on this one!
