Extreme Bodybuilding and SWAT duty Don't goes well together.
I used to work out with weights SO HARD. I read all the Joe Weider fitness magazines and do the exercises until my muscles gave out. How big did I get? Nearly zippo. Maybe I got stronger. To gain that kind of size, I guess you've got to have the right genes or something(?).

Ok so here it is… From what I see professionally speaking with years of military training. Everything your doing is wrong. In a real world scenario, against a real threat, your not going to be victorious. The way you hold your AR, shooting with one eye open. The list goes on. Your swat team is letting you down. Sexy ass weapons though!
