  1. I used to work out with weights SO HARD. I read all the Joe Weider fitness magazines and do the exercises until my muscles gave out. How big did I get? Nearly zippo. Maybe I got stronger. To gain that kind of size, I guess you've got to have the right genes or something(?).

  2. Just big!not smart smh.idk if you ever noticed there are no mussle head snipers?being that big is created by insecurity .im not hating cause im all for being in shape,but when your so big you cant throw a straight punch you can only throw hooks ya need to chill 😆

  3. Tactical training my ass. You're a bunch of fucking roidheads. What's tactical about eating too much food all day to bulk up, putting needles up your ass and chugging on protein shakes ? You will never operate.

  4. Ok so here it is… From what I see professionally speaking with years of military training. Everything your doing is wrong. In a real world scenario, against a real threat, your not going to be victorious. The way you hold your AR, shooting with one eye open. The list goes on. Your swat team is letting you down. Sexy ass weapons though!
