  1. 16" totally legal rifle! 15.99" Illegal Short barrel rifle, felony gun charge, and felony tax evasion. Plus if your lucky you will have your wife, child, and the family pup killed, when they storm your property unannounced and you think you are in the middle of a home invasion so you go for your 15.99" illegal sbr. Now if YOUR REALL REAL LUCKY THE FBI, and ATF Will show up, surround your property with snipers and FIRE BOMB YOUR HOME. And then you get to be a marytr like Waco amd Ruby ridge!!!! HUZZAH! HUZZAH! Yippee!!!

  2. Building a 10.5 inch 300 blackout pistol with a pistol length gas system, gas block is not adjustable just a micro gas block. Have a kak shockwave buffer tube. Do you have any suggestions on a buffer and spring to use for this setup?

  3. I have a question that maybe you could clarify. I recently purchased an 16" upper as I intend to get the most out of reloads in .300 blk, and have yet to purchase a virgin lower. My question is to what classification the firearm would fall under if affixed without a shoulder stock? I would like the added benefit of being capable of alternating between the two, and i am aware it must be completed as a pistol first and foremost.

  4. I'm in the middle of an Aero Pistol build. It has a 12" rail so I was going to run a 10.5 barrel with a KAK slimline flash can. That's 1.75" long. Also with a KAK Blade. I think that puts me right up to 26". If it's a little longer with kak blade etc, that's going to push me into SBR territory?

  5. I have an Anderson stripped lower just bought a complete upper now need to finish. what do u suggest I buy for the lower build kit lm building a 10.5" are 15 pistol I'm a newbie and this is my first if u can point me in right direction to complete this is appreciate it. thanks

  6. So if you filed your 4473 as a pistol you can legally put a stock and an upper on your pistol if you want to turn it into a rifle but you CAN NOT switch a rifle into a pistol if your 4473 was filed as a rifle? Is this correct?

  7. So it says it needs to be overall less than 26" OR a barrel less than 16" to be a pistol. So you don't have to try to get a length of under 26" if you are running like a 10.5" or greater barrel which is really hard to do with an AR platform. Just wanted to put that out there for guys building.
