This video covers my choice for optics on tactical shotguns. I prefer a good solid micro reflex sight over anything else and here is why.

Hello, Nice video thanks, Can you please give me the 2 shotgun models of your video ? the Black one and the black/green one. Thanks
This guy wins the most awesome beard contest. He beats John from active self protection by just a bit. REspect.
Since you have done a review on it, what do you think of the Holosun 507C on a shotgun?
Gawd damn that's expensive af.lol
I considered it on my M4 Benelli but decided I'd rather preserve my over the top quickness in reloads with the bolt locked back when it's run empty. Ideal would be to simply strategically continue to top it off and never run her dry and go ahead and mount the reflex sight and not worry about it but that trade off doesn't seem to be worth it. The included ghost ring is very quick on target acquisition…very accurate and the ability to sight it in at 50-100yds with relatively small groups. The patterning of the buckshot is then that much more on target if the slugs are grouping well when sighting in.
Only problem with optics is they block over the top loading via the ejection port. Other than that they are great.
How about a Sightmark Ultra Plus, on a Vepr 12?
That second all black shotgun is sick. What make and model is it?
Have you found a micro that will co-witness with irons on your shotguns when mounted to a pic rail?
shotguns are meant to be iron or my favorite ghost rings. If you need a optics to shoot at 25 feet? Maybe you need to go back to the fundamentals here. I understand the need with pistols but seriously for a shotgun?? Might you be just showing off here? Maybe just a bit??
Nice video. I have a Zeiss micro on my DP12.
how doo yoou zero the optic? do you have iron sights to cowitness?
whats the best optic mount for 870?
That Cali cop proved that lack of spread with that up close shotgun headshot on that hostage call quite a while back
SELL OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bro I was thnking how I need a new shotgun.. Thanks for the video
what kind of shotgun is this one with the optic
Just got the Bushnell First Strike on my 500… Love it!!
I have a 40x vortex on my sawed off 410 bird shot.
I put a big dot sight on mine, didnt like having an optic on my shotty.
wat i have yet to test is if there is significant hold over on a red dot zeroed for buckshot vs slugs. my thought is that there would be but i need to test it still.
Do you know if the threads on the rock island lion the same as the Remington 870 i want an extended tube for mine for 3 gun
"Its gotta good spread. And these people over here just saw what you did so you ain't gotta worry about them either."
