  1. The watch in the opening frames is interesting, what is its story? Personally, I'm getting burned out on flashlights. Do you have a anything on home defense smoke grenades? What's the best camo pattern for indoors? Also, for a tip, I painted my firearms with the same wall paint/color of the wall I hang them on. They are completely invisible. Got rid of all of my safes and corny gaudy hidden firearm furniture and now have a firearm on every wall. Stealthy!

  2. Great Review with Beautiful music like as always! I hope It is possible buy it in Czech Republik CZ75 country 🙂 where I live. Thanks for the tip. Good Luck – I like your videos…

  3. I have both the Sidewinder and Sidewinder Compact. This one seems to ride better on vests and packs, plus the batteries are available more universally. HAs anyone looked at the Sidewinder Rescue? May ride even better.

  4. I have had one of these for 5 or 6 years and beat it to heck and back. Coming from calabash NC I'd say my light has seen a lot of salt water and shrimp juice and lord knows how much mud but it still works like new it's a great light.

  5. wow at that price I would prefer surefire polymer. 20 bucks and just durable as can be. AA is nice, but CR 123 is in my system.
Olight would be my choice for 50 dollars, and the magnet bat cover is very useful.

  6. I was issued this light three times. It's a good light but I had problems at about the third time I changed the batteries. The metal threaded piece that the battery cap cable would thread into would come dislodged. The battery cap would never fit properly despite gluing it back. It never worked right after it broke. This happened 2 of the three lights I used.

  7. I'm a general aviation pilot and this light was the first thing I bought for night flying. I have the one with the green LED. I also have the glow in the dark cap that goes on the light end.

  8. I have one of the sidewinder headlamps/helmet mount lights. It can run on AAs or CR123s. Same features, just different power source and size —great light and very versatile.

  9. In the late 1980s most of us ditched the angle head for the mini mag 2aa which came in a kit with a lanyard a clip an anti roll top and a red lens. You put the red lens over the other one I think and the black anti roll thing slid on top. It was just a lot smaller. The bulk of the 2D was just too much and it was also a waste of weight.

  10. its a great light for around the camp and the compact version can also use AAA batteries as well as AA batteries and cr123a batteries – for a little extra flexibility
