Dog hair on that sweatshirt. That's how I knew he loved guns.
God damn genius, I didnt think that bitch was ever coming off thank you brother
Wish app got mine for like 18.00
What size wrench did he use?
Thanks, worked perfectly.
Should have made sure it was unloaded before you pointed the muzzle at your face. Sheesh.
I spray penetrating oil first…Nice to have something easy for a change..I've had to convert my Bushmaster to Cal compliant..this is one thing I need to do..I locked the stock into the extended position and got a grip that looks great from Extreem Tactical for $13.00
Good info, fuck that intro though lol.
Holy shit, that is the most 90s intro I have seen in 20 years
Good stuff! 👍🏼 Actually though, I do have one critique and that is this, the “Crush Washer” is installed with the beveled end facing towards the AR, not away from it like you showed at 3:25 – 3:35 min mark. Again, great idea. Thanks
Lastly, I agree with some of the other comments about the intro.
tried this and all these other methods on youtube, even took it to a few gun shops, they couldn’t get it off and all of them said they were worried about messing up the barrel. they mentioned that it’s like the flash hider is welded to the barrel so pretty much, i’m fucked
Thanks a lot, always looking for better ways to do things.
Thanks ur video help me and saved me money not having to go buy a vise and vise block that other say u need.
This video and most of the comments are disturbing
Worked great 👍
video starts at 1:42 lol ur welcome
the curved end should point towards inwards.
My vice doesn’t fit an AR10 upper and I’ve been working on designs for getting the flash hider off and you just sat on it. You’re a goddamn genius! Thanks dude.
I was struggling with the damn thing to no avail , then it occurred to me to look it up on youtube and found this video … super easy and worked like a charm. Many thanks
Niice! pure ingenuity.
Redneck innovation!…love it! Lol!
Making progress while sitting on your ass.
It worked! Thank you! Your intro was lame, but your advice was great!
Dude you’re an idiot. “With my normal”
Nice break!
That actually worked! Thank you! You just saved me $50. I sat on the top of the stairs with the barrel sticking out, the gun wrapped up in 4 layers of towels, and did it.
lol. this don't work with a brake/comp installed with red loctite or rockset. you need a reaction rod and/or a torch.
Loving that 116 hoodie !! Peace and.God.bless
Dude this helped me. Good method on just sitting on it
Love the sweatshirt!
Nice, soon I have to put a Yankee hill on mine.
lol i cant believe this actually worked. Thank you man, this was so easy and work like a charm
Thank you so much. God damn I detach this thing with this method 🙂
look… If all you're going to do to your AR ever is to change your muzzle brake or flash hider sure park your ass on it. I think you should just put it in an upper Vise block and do it correctly which includes not guessing on which way the Crush Washer goes because 50% of the time you're going to get it wrong like you did. BTW, great intro…NOT!
Good demo on how not to do things!
You just saved me a headache
Great video can’t wait till mine comes in and I change it. Check out my rifle on my page I just started on it.
great method!
trying to take the troy factorybmuzzle break off my .308, it won't budge no matter what I do
