It depends on the way you filled out the paperwork when you bought the unfinished receiver at the gun-shop.

In general if you buy a receiver that has been used you better assume it is a rifle receiver to err on the side of caution.

They can def back track that as far as youd like to go man… you can prosecute A POTATO, its just how bad you want to and how much you are willing to pay.

The shit there doing ie working I know so many people who dont want to get into guns because there afraid they might not know all the rules to how to transport them and might get arrested. That's total bulshit that to even move your gun you have to read laws to make sure you dont break them. I recommend everyone go get there ccw because that takes alot of that shit away. Then your allowed to have a gun and you dont have to worry about having the mag over here and the bullets over there and all that bullshit.
