A group of Florida Carry Members went to Riveria Beach on July 6th. We had great interactions with the public and with police as well. Palm Beach Shores were very respectable and understanding of the law. They hung around letting the public know what we were doing was lawful with no incidents.

  1. That argument of whether you've had one pointed back at you, just reinforces the point of needing one for self defense. Nobody wants to have a gun pointed at them regardless of military service etc.

  2. That'd be funny if you carried a stick with some line tied to it with a hook and a cheap plastic hooked on it just to rub it in their faces the way they abuse technicalities, or if you just carried line and a hook at the end and said you were "hand line fishing".

  3. Those conversion barrels on glock are so dope, being able to just swap magazine and barrel, and be able to use so many different calibers as long as you have the appropriate barrel and mag. I only recently learned about them about a month ago when my friend was telling me how the police seized his glock and 2 boxes of ammo from his car along with guns ammo and it was all gold dot jhp in 9mm. I said why did you have 9mm when you have a glock 22, did you get a 17 or something, and he said he had his glock 22 chambered in 9mm, and I was so confused until he explained and the police tried to refuse to return the ammo when he got the gun back, and their report made no mention of the 2 full 50 count boxes of gold dot jhp ammo seized, but he submitted request for body cam, and suddenly received a phone call that there was a mix up, and there even was a log found separately believe it or not! He wishes he had a way of proving whether or not the boxes were the original ones or if they had been replaced by a pig who stole over $100 worth of ammo off of him, because we know that is exactly what happened. The even were confused about how a glock 22 was loaded for 9mm with a glock 17 mag inside because they weren't familiar with the conversion option either. I had a glock 22 years ago that got stolen by a person I knew and I never even got to fire it because of how shortly I had it before it was stolen. They got caught trying to sell it to an undercover cop along with 4 other stolen weapons from other people and served hard time for it lol. I think he and his girlfriend are still in prison, or at least he is, she may have been paroled. I bought an hk usp 40 compact after that, but I ended up selling her too. I'm a sig and cz fan whore now, but I do like glocks, I've shot them alot from other people, the placement is iffy in alot of spots. If I got a glock 22 again, I'd get the conversion kits just for the fuck of it, to have that versatility.

  4. I know you weren't being detained when you said John Doe and you probably already know this. Just so others at least know. Make sure you give your real name if you do get lawfully detained and not a false name.

Personally, I would use firearms that you aren't afraid of losing. You might find some cops that will mess with you, arrest you with trumped up charges and take the firearms as evidence or something where you won't see them for a long time. If I was going to your next event, I'd bring one of my cheap highpoints, cause I wouldn't care if they kept that or not.

  5. "Anything that wiggles………." You get a TRIPLE Like with that expression. CCW here in Sebastian, FL. I may join you guys in the future for a Open Carry / Fishing expedition. Stay Safe!!

  6. In NC and VA we can open carry all day every day and NOT be going hunting, camping,or fishing! I have to have a CC lic when I go to my home in Jensen Beach Fl or in the Keys. That sucks!

  7. Palm beach police officers good job.👍 . Can’t say the same for Miami 👮 police 👎 always making mistakes. 👮Officer Derick Kuilan,
    👮Officer Jonathan A. 👮Officer James Archibald. 👮Officer Kelvin Harris. 👮Officer Nouman Raja.
All these police officers Mentioned committed a horrific crime. One must not forget. Google If you’re not a believer.
Miami Florida police is the worst in the country!!! Hurting innocent lives daily.
