So what is funny about all the end of the world attacks coming from PSA trolls, is that I gave this gun actually a pretty good review. While there was one pretty major issue that I easily took care of, I like the gun and I think it shoots really well. But it appears that people can't handle a little negativity about their "chosen" company or firearm. I never said "don't buy from them." I gave a ton of credit where it is due. And was 100% honest. In fact, I know that PSA has sold at least two or three other firearms to a friend of mine based on my suggestion. Not to mention a few on YouTube who claimed (on the first video) that my video solidified their decision to purchase from PSA. But say a couple negative things and holy crap…look out.
I own two of PSA's AR pistols. This one and another that comes with the Shockwave Blade. Zero problems with either of them. I did order them in kits though.

Now one thing I will say is when you buy budget you def may run into small problems that can be remedied easily, I mean after all look at what your getting for the price. I do own a couple PSA products which is a 300 blk 10.5 pistol and a 16” 5.56 and I love them dearly BUT thats my experience. To call this man a liar on his statements is absolute bullshit!!! You people act like PSA signs your checks or something!! I believe every word he says because he has zero skin in the game…. why would he make it up?! Just like the pack of wolves of society if one person goes against the grain you people act like fucking morons! Good and bad happens in all businesses top tier manufactures included. So how bout you people tone your bullshit down and listen to this gentleman’s experience and just simply note it as this, its one experience outta millions your mileage may vary…… so please shut the fuck up and get off the PSA dick……..
I never understood how everyone drank the koolaid and abandoned keymod for m-lok. Nothing wrong with m-lok exactly, but the big test from Crane didn't convince me that keymod was no good. What they determined was that certain impact tests favored m-lok. For one thing, I think that keymod is easier to install correctly, and m-lok is easier to improperly install. Correctly installed keymod has a stronger interface than incorrectly installed m-lok. There also seem to be a host of really intelligently designed keymod accessories.
Bro how are you going to run it dry for 1000+ rounds and complain about wear. If you ran your car for 1000 miles with out oil would you say it’s a poor motor when it seized? And I doubt that you were banned for making comments on the FB page I have seen people make some nasty comments on there and they are still on the page posting away.
Wtf is "shining" ???? The coating wore off. You're running an AR with pistol gas system dry. AR's need to run wet ! If the bolt was hitting the receiver extension, something was wrong. Shit happens. I'm sure PSA would have made things right.
I have a half dozen PSA rifles, all in different configurations, and have never had a problem with any of them. PSA has made it possible for Americans on any budget to purchase an AR-15, and I think that's awesome ! PSA is a freedom machine ! Buy'em cheap and stack'em deep !
I have never had a problem with anything from them before. Then again, I also never purchased a firearm from them. I have only ever purchased parts and built "built" my own…you do not really build ARs but you know what I mean, haha.

We do know that only three people named Matt are actually banned from this group, and he doesn't appear to be one of them. We also know that the PSA employees who spend their time helping with this group would absolutely not treat someone with disrespect, and we would welcome the opportunity to talk with Matt about his experience in full detail if he cares to reach out to us.
Let's take a moment and make note of a few key points:
First – we offer a 100% Full Lifetime Warranty on ALL PSA firearms. If you ever receive one that you think is "basically a non-functioning" firearm, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we will cover all costs incurred in bringing it in and making it right.
Second, there are a LOT of unsanctioned PSA Facebook groups. They use our logo without permission, they try to represent themselves as our brand, but they have nothing to do with us, and Facebook has no interest in taking them down. There is a literally a group called Palmetto State Armory, and we have nothing to do with it, and Facebook won't take it down. It's possible Matt reached out to one of those groups and was mistreated.

So what I gather is that it held up better than your expectations. The rail and grip are not PSA issues. The cam pin is expected. You're running a 10.5" pistol… there's going to be increased wear. As far as the receiver extension, do you have any images of the issue prior to you modifying the gun?
I don't believe this at all. I am a member of the groups mentioned. And never have I experienced an issue with PSA's warranty department. They have been nothing short of AMAZING fixing a riveted pin in my PSAK47 GF3.
Yea,I was banned from the PSA run groups too and blocked from their main page from commenting on post. What is fucked up is I didn't say anything about them or complain. Actually defended them on a few posts. They also have a habit of black Listing people from ordering if you complain about them. Pretty well known tactic.
The only thing worse than ignorance is false intelligence. You got 1000 rounds from what is considered a budget offering from PSA without a bolt carrier group replacement or buffer weight adjustment….I'm leaning towards false intelligence.
I still got my century v1 blonde, lol, yeah I bought a bunch of Akv mags from palmetto, I had planned on getting the akv 9mm pistol, I’m surprised you never got one of those, Godspeed brother, avoid that slayer tour coming because somebody bigger in the clouds is coming very soon keep looking up
Wow I have never had a problem with their stuff. Good thing too cause they sound like a bunch of ass holes. Never bought a complete firearm though, just parts to build.
good to know about what palmetto state did in your situation, very unprofessional on their part, i’ll have to start looking for a more quality based companies. Any recommendations?
PSA is 15 mins up the road from me. My AR upper is all PSA with the lower. I got it 6 years ago. Been fine. I do have the upper end of there line. SO I do not know if that plays into it or not. Over all I am happy with the gun. I will say the BCG is a LMT and that joker is NICE.

Thanks for an excellent review. I’ve been more or less satisfied with PSA overall but the people who like them are next level fan boys/girls for sure. They get pretty rabid when you knock the deity that is PSA, lol! Curious if you contacted their customer service via email or phone as well as via Facebook?
