– I got a new handguard for my AR-15 (aka Sprinkles) and I love it! It is the new Noveske NSR (skinny rail), which is a lightweight, low-profile, free-floating handguard that gives me alot more control when handling my rifle. I have small hands so this new rail makes a big difference for me. In this video I do some shooting with my new setup, give some info on the NSR, and compare it to the previous handguard I was using (Midwest Industries drop-in handguard). More info can be found at

You know that Noveske doesn't make these key mods and you can pick up this same rail for $30 on Ebay but it doesn't come with the Noveske logo so if you want spend an extra $200 for the identical rail go for it.
I love you !

What you should do is look into arisaka defense for your scout light

Like the Suppressed from 7.57. Â
Really want to hold your sprinkles.
theres a yeti behind you
i cant get those pieces on me noveske for the life of me… I gave up and just decided to leave it as it is… does it make a big difference in terms of weight and performance??
"sprinkles" Â lol awsome!
Noveske NSR is a great choice.Â
Def worth the money and to shave off some weight
Your so tactical.i think I'm in love
very good video, good shooting! also, Dikwad Shabasshole, I mean Diquan Shabazz is an idiot. I don't know what rifle he's calling cheap. He says he shoots the hk 416 and sig516, maybe on xbox. the hk 416 isn't even available to civilians.
how did the gun smith put the rail in with the pinned comp? im thinking about doing a buiild like this. thanks
Good review but that part about drilling into the upper receiver to use anti-rotation pins is a "no go"! Looks really good on your rifle though. Keep up the good work.
thanks!
Don't know how I found your video's, but there great. Thanks.
Probably not. At least not without some modification, even then, it might just require destroying the rail.
Keep in mind that you have to open up 2-3" hollow gap across the top half of the rail just to fit a Noveske Switchblock under one, so getting a piston kit under there would be hard to do.
If you're running a piston gun, you probably aren't really the type to appreciate a lightweight gun, though, since Stoner designed the system specifically to eliminate the need for a piston/oprod.
Looks like a cool rail but i dont want to cut my pws comp off to install it lol. Guess ill be sticking with my 13" troy alpha rail.
Bout time you upgraded to a free float handguard
I would like to really thank you for showing slowly the right to left shoulder transitions like in 08:21
Learned in minutes, Thx!
Would this fit on a piston gun like an LWRC or a PWS?
Less recoil
no, sorry
thanks!
Great review. Clear, concise, and informative. Perfect. Thanks!
very nice
Want to sell your MI handguard?
I liked your review. Very thorough and you even went as far as showing the accessories for it. Good effort
thanks 🙂
Always love watching videos of women enjoying the 2nd amendment as much as I do as a male. Keep up the awesome videos and keep supporting our freedoms and people will support you 🙂
Ok, yeah, I see what she's talking about now. 🙂
It's not the sights that block it from sliding on that way. It's the Noveske rail that hangs a bit lower than the other picatinny on the receiver. She'd have to take off the entire rail. Seems she's not comfortable doing it herself, and had already gone to the trouble of paying for a professional install, so it makes more sense to just buy a more versatile mount.
why not install the flashlight mount from the rear, just remove your rear buis and aimpoint, slide on and then reinstall.
Just the info I needed, great review! Thanks!
IIRC, it's a sort of BCM midlength 14.5" with a pinned Battlecomp 1.5 bringing it to non-NFA length.
If you're running a piston system, you're really not the type of person who values something being slim or lightweight anyway…
The NSR is way too slim to accommodate any piston system, LWRC included.
why would you want it on one ??, probably not, most LWRC's have an integrated upper receiver, theyre plain jane doesnt so that one might, but not any of theyre big boys
can this fit in a lwrc?
what model is your ar?
Haha, I was watching "Escape from New York" a few weeks ago, and noticed the director/producer removed the handguards of all the ARs in the movie to make them look "futuristic". How stupid….
Go Noveske! Made in Oregon, baby.
