First look at the newly announced Ruger PC Carbine 9mm with the new Free Float Handguard. This gun was just announced for the 2019 NRA Show and features this awesome M-Lok rail.

I had a chance to shoot this gun at the private Ruger media event in conjunction with Hornady and Leupold. This gun followed me home for some testing.

Special “Thanks” to Freedom Sports LLC for handling transfers. A top tier shop in North East Pennsylvania.

Firearm was provided for testing and evaluation by Ruger. Not a paid review.

  1. .40 in a carbine barrel is formidable. It likes the extra length. MV exceeds 10mm in a pistol. I have a Keltec sub 2000 and a Beretta CX4 in .40. they really whack steel targets.

  2. I absolutely love my PC9 take down, However, I bought mine right before they came out with the M-lock hand guard. Sooo I bought one from Midwest industries. It's not Ruger OEM but I think it may be better than what Ruger offers because it offers more M-lock real estate. Thank you for the review.

  3. The Ruger handguard IMHO is much better looking and blends nicer than the Mid-West Industries hand guard. I like the length better and just overall looks. It follows the same pattern as the RPR and definetly has that Ruger RPR DNA so you're not having to purchase a seperate hand guard. The TandemKross " Victory " trigger is an awesome upgrade to this package! I think Ruger really done good with this Mlok Hand guard model it just works, TBH the original polymer hand guard never caught my attention until this was offered. Ruger offering this as a Take-Down package clearly appeals to the masses and makes this a true Pack-Gun with it's smaller footprint and as a Truck-Gun, Many more upgrades coming from all the usual manufacturers for this platform. Ruger has already mentioned they are introducing more Calibers, I know most are waiting for a PC9 in .45ACP or 10MM. either way Ruger hit this one outta the park!

  4. this is looking like a ppsh, the 7.62×25 Tokarev caliber is faster and more accurate than the 9mm for a carbine. They should make this gun in this caliber, great for a pair of short gun and long gun.

  5. Ой сам из России, открыл видео и что-то сначала не понял…Открыл видео посмотреть на пушку, а какой-то школьник распаковывает обычный славянский школьный завтрак

  6. Slav. I used to have CZ PT 01 it was i think. Did not like it much. Trade it for Cz p10. Did not impressed me. Trade it for Glock 19 aaaah no thank you. I ended up with Ruger security 9. Now that's awesome gun. After that I bought Ruger AR 556. Exelent rifle for that money. So i think i am Ruger person😂😂. This carbine is going to be my next one. Hey that kwas did you bought it or made it?
