Bresser TrueView Konig 1-4×24 Scope: P/N HRS1424-KON

Found it on Midway USA:

Here is the long awaited review of the Bresser scope that I chose for my 3-gun rifle I use in 3 gun competition. This scope has great clarity with minimal (if any) distortion for such a low cost optic (less than $200 USD). I was originally attracted to this scope after seeing it at the 2011 LaRue Tactical Multigun Match (Texas Multigun Championships).

PROS:
1- Great clarity
2- TRUE 1x gives no distortion when shooting with both eyes open
3- Size and weight are what I expect for a scope with these its features
4- Finger adjustable windage & elevation
5- Return to zero windage & elevation

CONS:
1- Illuminated reticle (I personally have no need for this and it adds weight and bulkyness)
2- Mildot reticle (I personally do not like the mildot reticle since I find it difficult to figure out how to use it. The last thing I want to do it bring a book to the range). However, I do like the ability to use the mildots as other aiming points.
