Great video. Do you think itâs too expensive to do an all lightweight v seven build with their 2055 uppers and lowers? They are almost $800… not to mention their lightweight handgaurds. Does the aeroshell grease an anti seize compound or a lubricant or a semi permanent locktite substance?
When you torque the barrel nut, the crows foot has to be 90 degrees to the length of the wrench to get the torque value you set the wrench for. Having the crows foot to the forward side of the wrench lengthens the the distance of the wrench, you are over torquing the nut. Conversely, if the crows foot is aimed toward the wrench itself, you are then under torquing the nut.
president excellent rifle powerful weapon great alot of fun shooting there great excited everyshoot perfict fantastic have nice day "
I just sent for there 12 1/2 inch tube and am matching it up with a Sharp Riffle Company Ext performance bolt carrier group . Looking at the MWI Quad rail t is solid . Im just wanting a good set up for home and out to 300 yards the 12 1/2 inch barrel should fit that great .
Ummm…actually you can use reloads just use 300BO brass and use small base dies.
Say hello from Indonesia
do the threads count in the barrel length?
I'm strongly considering the purchase of a V Seven barrel. However it's easily seen that the bead blast job is not done very well. I hope for the pricetag that that all other tasks are performed with a greater attention to detail.
Very Nice Rifle…
I'm getting into ar's specially 300 blackout but don't have much $ for it. What would you recommend on a budget with short gas piston.
show me the accuracy with a can and subsonic rounds.
blue tape will avoid alot of the scratching and your losing torque value wth that shaky vise.everything just seems not pro.
I really enjoy your videos my friend… I noticed at 6:35 after the torque wrench clicked you gave it one more pull. I know that the torque is not all that critical but to be accurate, stop pulling when the wrench snaps. Great video.
Loving my 300 Blackout AR Pistol! Great video you have put together here Scootch. Keep'em coming. From a MP Nam Vet, God bless America & Long Live OUR Republic!
đ nice barrel.. Sootch, I think I caught you stroking it hahahaha. But yeah, it's some amazing kit
THE AMMO COST TO MUCH. NOT A GOOD SHTF RIFLE.
Had no idea they were originally with Noveske.
Using there parts for my new lightweight lower builds.Video great as always…
Thanks for the review. Can't find too many reviews for V seven products. Looking at their barrels for my new sbr build. Can't decide between the 8.2 or 10.2. Anyways, thanks for another great review.
I have one of their 5.56 18" match barrels and it is great. From reading a few of the other comments here about not fitting reloads V7 barrels are lapped to very tight tolerances and that might be some of the problem. I don't reload at this time but know a bit about it and would think if you are running good full length dies they should work. One other thing I like about their barrels is that you can get fluting and it colored too, not much in to silver barrels in a black gun. You get what you pay for and if you are buying V7 you are paying for it.
I love that camera work at the beginning but whoa whoa whoa nice riffle!
scotch! i love your videos, this is unrelated, but would you be able to recommend a good front sight that works on a gas block lower than the upper? thanks
did anyone catch what kind of muzzle brake that is
Sootch can you check out ozark ordnance's ammo it's a really good price for their ammo it's like 30 cents a round
