Great hobby, But whats the point of the firepower. I guess this is nothing but a gun/parts sales vid in reality. So be it but if you cannot kill anything with it over 50 yards say, then why bother. Wouldn't you get better kicks from say sniping. At least theres useful skill needed there as most kill shots in hunting are LONGer that what your ar can provide.
Rabbits ? Ground hogs or what the fuckever they called in the usa It's a close range combat rifle ? What the f are you going to use it for otherwise. You can only 'kill' so many targets before it gets lame. Oh, i know, kids in classrooms – perfect adaptation.
Move on dude, the wars over. Go for the long shot. Thats where the skill is and IT brings home the bacon you CAN eat.

What rail length is best for "most people"? I've got one with a 12" rail that's kind of heavy and uses a proprietary mounting system that I'm thinking of replacing with either a 10" or 13.5" DD MFR M-Lok. Which would you recommend?
