  1. Absolutely awesome bud looks like awesome fun. Put a huge smile on my face when you gave it some beans out the window lol. Keep up the good work look forward to the next video cheers

  2. If you're sighted in at 20, you're shooting high at 50. With AR's… The optics are mounted higher than a hunting rifle, so that gives you more of a upward curved trajectory. Steeper angle from your bore line, to your line of sight. Great for long range shooting tho!

  3. Was trying to find prices on them, best I can figure the CMMG complete upper kit for a 9mm is in the neighborhood of $500. Maybe more knowing CMMG. While I like the idea of keeping the lower the same to take PMAGs which likely have a super simple conversion job done to save on buying a new lower. For the price they are wanting for all that stuff, it's easier to just buy a 9mm carbine outright usually.

Plenty of AR styles that take Glock mags and tons of people have them floating around. Last thing I'd want to do is grab a PMAG loaded with 9mm in a deadly force situation and slap it in a gun for 5.56 or otherwise. It is a neat idea but what they need to make it complete is that you can put BOTH 9mm and 5.56 in there, then it'd be just up to you the end user to know which upper you got slapped on. Looks pretty reliable though to say the least. And that's always the biggest thing any system needs, reliable magazines.

Again, I'd personally opt for an AR taking Glock mags myself for size/weight and cost. But I'm not much of a fan of AR's or 9mm so I'd pass on both πŸ™‚

  4. I didn't think you had an AR!!! I just bought one myself… I want a .22lr BCG(bolt carrier group) for mine. The 9mm one would be cool, too. I forgot to tell you… Sunday, I shot a .44" 5 shot group, from 50 yards, with my iron sights, on my AR. I WAS HAPPY!!! My red dot is perfectly co-witnessed with my iron sights. The dot sits in the center of the rear aperature, and on the tip of the front sight post. I love it that way! Very accurate, and consistent sight picture, with 3 points of reference. It makes you keep the same cheek weld every shot, and negates any parallax issues that you may have. My AR was shooting just as good of groups, as my bolt action .223. Well…except from 200. 200 is about my max, without magnification.
