The output is 250 Lumens, at some point in the video I miss quote it as 220.

I've had a Coast HP7 for a while now. It's good enough for my current usage. It's only 410 lumens, but can throw spot or flood and has 3 brightness settings and takes 4 AAAs. I'll get something more powerful one day, but I can't justify spending hundreds of dollars on a torch. This one would be great in a pen pocket and isn't bad at all.
Good long term review. That is a nice, easy to carry flashlight. I like the length. The light output is also impressive.
I have been carring the Olight I3E EOS and I am finding that the small size is not easy for me to handle. The 90 lumen output is adequat but not impressive. I also wish it had a warmer color index. The cool white causes me some eye strain that makes using it a tad uncomfortable.

I hardly use my other lights anymore. This one is so easy to carry, and offers great performance for it's size. Great little light.
