Foxtrot-Mike makes some high quality uppers. I built a 16" Colt style upper and matched it to a PSA Colt lower. The only issue I've ever had was an issue with the charging handle coming loose, that issue was easily fixed with some blue loctite. I emailed these guys and requested some assistance because I thought I lost a part of the charging handle. A gentleman named Paul emailed me back quickly and led me to a video pertaining to the charging handle. He apologized profusely, and is certainly humble, I fixed the charging handle quickly and thanked him for his time. I will definitely purchase from them again in the near future.

Good review. I see that your setup is for pistol. I’ve seen some rifles set up with a pistol length barrel, primarily to shoot the steel challenge type matches. To keep the rifle legal, a shroud is used to cover the short barrel, making the rifle barrel the legal length. Would this upper be conducive to such a project?
Curious what bolt catch you are using in your lower a colt 9mm bolt catch or regular 5.56 bolt catch? I know it probably doesnt work for lrbho, but Id at least like the ability to hold the bolt open at the range. The company I bought my lower for my fm-9 build said it depends on the upper for which one to use.

Very nice piece of Hardware there I think Jim you just make a longer video and you go to send it they will send you a message saying that they need to verify you are who you are and you just give them your phone number and they will allow you to start having longer videos they just need to verify that you are who you are that's what I did
