Good eye, but it looks like it was already on, and so was actually deactivating with each round. The battery inside (most likely a single 18650 cell) would have shifted with the recoil, breaking its connection with one of the terminals with each round.
unless you pair a wet suppressor with subsonic ammo, it'll still be crazy loud. the general rule is suppressors will take the noise down to about 130-145db. for comparison, a loud motorcycle is 98, and a jet taking off is 133. so, it'll still be properly loud– but the suppressor might save you from permanent hearing damage.
Swat uses all kinds of pistols. The simple fact is that the majority of modern handguns all offer similar capabilities. H&K, SIG, Glock, M1911s, FN, and so on are all very reliable and accurate handguns, and SWAT and other special units have been known to use all of them at the operators discretion.
To date the FBI Hostage Rescue team prefers the M1911, whereas Navy SEALs are known for using the SIG P226, but that doesn't make these particular handguns 'SWAT' guns.
The two pistols that he had on his person are said to be heavily favored by swat team members, I am not sure for the reason, but I have heard this from guys that know their pistols.
An untrained person typically can't hit anything moving at ranges as short as 20+ meters, while at ranges just over touching-distance it's pretty difficult to miss.
A trained person can continue to engage while taking incoming, whereas an untrained person will go down almost immediately.
Further, an untrained person will tend to wound people whereas a trained individual will kill them.
The list goes on.
By the way, I'm curious, what the hell is a Swat pistol?
Question sir…No disrespect but just want to as a qualified person…Adam lanza a small 20 yr old was said to have two swat pistols on him with a AR 15 and at least 8-10 magazines on his person. Could an untrained person shoot 26 people 3-11 times in 5-7 minutes with this rifle while carrying all that gear?
Sounds the same to me If I was going to go through the trouble to get a suppressor It would be for my s&w mp 15-22 Hey suppressed 22 might as well be a lethal airsoft gun
Yes a lot of people don't realize a lot of the sound from a gun shot is not the initial blast, it is the bullet breaking the sound barrier. Nice to see him shoot some sub-sonic ammo now thats quiet. pellet gun quiet.
I own a 2Vets AR-15. These are built by a true American Vet who knows what a real battle rifle needs and how to put it together. I have also shot the rifle in this video. Supper sweet running piece.

Usualy if you pair a suppressor with sub sonic ammo its is a lot quieter.
They didn't us a suppressor mad bullet that moves slower
I don't quite understand the point of a suppressor after watching this video, is it just to mask muzzle flash?
Cause they sound just as loud
What's so sunny ?

Sounds like the supressed shots were using supersonic rounds. Is that the case?
Depends on the situation.

Keep pressing 2 and 4 and you can cycle between suppressed/non-suppressed for a direct comparison.

Why you no use sub sonic ammo?

I saw what I thought was gas escaping in the semi-auto string of suppressed fire. Realized it was the flashlight during the full-auto section, though.
Love shooting suppressed AR-15, lot of fun. Look like you were having fun.
