i made a dedicated 22lr upper with a taccom 22 barrel. works great!
My conversion kit barrel crack at around 600rd. I wouldn't recommend it. I just go ahead and buy the CMMG 22lr upper instead. The Sparrow is a great suppressor but the first pop is kind of loud.
i use Gibbs, its a great solvent as well as a penetrant, lubricant, inhibiter of corrosion, & repels water.
