Beautiful! A mouth breathing neanderthal gun builder! Look at the guy on his fucking knees working on a gun. You wonder why I wouldn't buy a used AR-15 from anybody, and especially if they bragged about " I BUILT IT MYSELF" – Run, RUN, RUN the other way!! I wouldn' t even take that if you GAVE IT, uh no, PAID ME TO TAKE IT FROM YOU!! I'd trust a Vietminh Machine Shop in a cave under the Ho Chi Minh trail to build me a rodded out AR over what I see you and 90% of the vids of AR builds here on youtube do!
why not use shims for the barrel nut so you don't over tighten and accidentally damage the upper? Spike tactical BAR 2 Rail Gaurds come with them standard..http://www.spikestactical.com/rail-spikes-lw-bar2-7-p-1040.html

i just use loctite. the screws themselves will bite into the barrel
just wanna ask if you thread a dimple to your barrel to mount the gas block secure? or just tighting the screws with loctite in your gas block with no problem?? im just worried about the gas block may slip in the future with shorter barrel.
