  1. Doing some research on these triggers "CMC" there's tend to be some play once the trigger box or better said housing is installed. Not acceptable to have any movement once the trigger housing is installed. I was looking into your 2.5 lbs option for competition but I'm a bit concerned about trigger box housing play… I want the trigger group/housing etc to be as tight as possible.

  2. Excellent video. Had mine installed in minutes. This trigger is amazing. I have a geissle SD-E trigger in my LWRC and it is excellent but this one is just as good. Only difference that is noticed between the two is my geissle is a two stage. Once I get to the second stage the break is almost identical with both triggers. Super crisp and super light. I also have the lantac flat bow trigger shoe and it is great. Makes me want to upgrade my other rifle to the flat bow. If you want a great trigger then get this. You won’t regret it. I also got it for $99 on primary arms! Can’t beat that deal.

  3. I had to lightly file the front of this cmc trigger to make it fit in my anderson lower. The stamped metal housing was rubbing on the inner receiver keeping it from the proper pin alignment. Whether it was my anderson lower or the cmc im not sure but it was an unexpected nuisance. Had to really work on guiding them in with a roll pin punch. The screw heads for each pin do NOT match my lowers standard mil-spec finish and take away a bit from my build. A small touch that shouldve been addressed before selling to the customer. Upon test firing with a snap cap i can definitely tell theirs some creep. The trigger can actually sit in this "creep" partially pulled without your finger on the trigger before it breaks. I do not like this as its a little unsafe and imo should return under spring pressure. Once i go to the range and test it out im hopeful that itll break in. I will be adding new grease to the sear and re-oil the other parts before the first outting. I bought this cmc 3.5lb flat bow trigger through primary arms for a good deal, so i thought. I guess ill see if my opinion changes

  4. No thanks.
