How to Paint Your AR-15: Forget the Camo Krylon!

Tired of having a boring black gun? Follow along as John gives you some quick tips on painting your AR-15! While Krylon is a decent go-to camouflage spray paint that’ll work just fine most of the time, we personally prefer the Model Master line of spray paint from Testors that will give you finer control over what exact colors you apply to your rifle.   1. I have seen some coatings scratch easy & hard to fix … paint is fast & low cost , easy & fast to fix … use local fern or leaves primer brown is the color of dead oak leaves a good base coat for winter in the mid west , use oak leaves as a stencil with your other colors = home rolled real tree
