Reading alot of posts about CBC INDUSTRIES having QUALITY CONTROL issues. Has CBC FIRED person(s) responsible ?
Couple questions if you don't mind
I've read a few reviews saying your products are very good quality but people are having minor issues with the assembly quality such as gas blocks being installed improperly or screws untightened when they product arrives. If I purchase a complete product would I be able to ship it back and have any issues like this resolved and would that be free of charge?
Also will these answers also apply to blemished products purchased that may have similar issues since your website specifies that blemishes do not effect performance.
