The CMMG Resolute Series rifles are available in a wide variety of calibers. Mine Resolute 200 series rifle is chambered in 7.62×39, just like an AK47 but it shares a lot of features with an AR15. CMMG beefed up the BCG (bolt carrier group) to handle the larger caliber ammo. The Resolute 200 series features the CMMG RipSTock™, a full length M-Lok handrail and a Magpul MOE pistol grip.

I’m curious about hunting with them? Do they have good range? Would an AR-10 .308 be better or worse option?
a 7.62×39 AR is a neat idea but for $2,000 ill pass on that. i do own a $300 PSA 762.×39 upper and it works good enough for some plinking at the range. if im spending $2000 on a 7.62×39 rifle its going to be a custom AK47
