  1. Good video I also love my exps3-0 and also have a aimpoint t2 but always find myself going back to the eotech I'm no special force or anything just home defense and quick target aquissition is key for me so thanks for the insight for my decision eotech all the way my good man

  2. EOTech. Love the reticle, better parallax results, better field of view, and I have a lot of CR123 batteries already on hand for my other accessories so it’s nice not having to deal with multiple battery types.

  3. I have a dear friend I served with in the Marines. He became a armorer. And he was a armorer with DSS (And with a few manufacturers). He calls them Eoturds. For a reason. He said they were garbage. When set on range cards and firing schedules with M4's and MK18's they had a plethora of hard data points on hand. With his knowledge…Eotechs didn't hold up. While the Aimpoints did.
Present day, I don't know how good the Eotechs are. They may be gold. But from the debacle they had. And from past experiences that some heavy pipe hitters say. I don't think I'd ever endorse them.
You or I is a data point of one. Our experience pale in comparison to a collection of hard data from range cards and firing schedules of large collectives.
Kinda of why I like it when CRANE and other .gov/.mil publishes data. Then you have something to go by. And from the looksee of things the Aimpoint Comp M5 is the flavor of the day in RDS's with the .gov/.mil…Not Eotech.

  4. An added bonus for the CR123 battery is that you can find them in a rechargeable format. I shot the video but haven't gotten around to editing and posting it yet. Let's just say EOTech gave the thumbs up on rechargeable s as long as they don't exceed 3.7 volts.
