The Bench Beast is a new linked front and rear rifle rest from Hyskore. It combines a coaxial (joystick-style) front rest with a rear rest that separately adjusts for both windage and elevation. The rest looks very sturdy, and the scissors-jack lift system has good load-bearing capacity. Price will be about $300.00 for the front unit and $200.00 for the rear, but that’s subject to change. The Bench Beast has some flaws, in our view, but it is unlike anything else out there, and the whole system (front AND rear) is cheaper than some other coaxial front rests alone.
