Palmetto State Armory and it’s PSA 14.5″ M4 Barrel Assembly are the next items to be installed on my M4 Build. This barrel is a great value especially now that PSA has outgrown their shipping woes.

I'm right there with you I can't stand the little bit of barrel that sticks out of the handguard but I just don't get what the big deal is about doing the work I took my rifle to a shop and they went in the back and talked and told me they wouldn't even do it I wanted the barrel cut down and a simple compensator put on and they told me that I would never get the handguard off and we wouldn't do it doesn't make sense to me
I too hate 16" barrels, even on a middy they're not great. 14.5 handles so much better
I have a 14.5 Ballistic Advantage Barrel, if I had to do over again I would go with a 16" just because of the added cost of pinning and welding the muzzle devise (unless you have an SBR Lower) and once you pin and weld the muzzle devise it's a PITA to change it
Are these the same type of barrels marines use?..im having a hard time here,some barrels are straight and others have that round dip infront of the sight..i guess that's where a grenade launcher attaches to?
Hey is there any trick to grt that barrel to 16" with an a2 flash hider or do i need to buy a longer device?
I'm building an M4 style rifle from an Anderson upper and lower. How do you like this barrel since you owned it for over a year? Is it accurate with a variety of bullet weights?
The shipping improvement is real. I just ordered a 10.5" upper last week and it showed up 2 days later.

I have 4 PSA builds I have done for myself and family. I'm highly impressed. All function flawlessly. No issues. Shipped very quickly. And can't beat the price for what u get. I don't care what any gun snobs say. I'll use PSA all day long.
