When you reset it can you do away with the strobe..
If your 18650’s are flat top, you can get small magnets that sit on the positive side of the battery. Kind of like the small nipple on an AA or AAA battery. That greatly helps with contact. Never tried it with this light but I use magnets regularly on 18650’s that I use my electronic cigarette/mod.
I wish you would demonstrate how to select modes.
nitecore p12 can't beat it lumen settings runtimes and settings memory even remembers strobe

Maybe put some tape around the 123-s to make them fit more snugly in the tube?
I've watched quite a few reviews on this light and I'm set to order. I will use the cr123's but since the video was made have you tried the Streamlight 18650 lithium yet? I have a feeling I will go that route but keep a few cr's as a backup.
