Batteries have a 10yr shelf life leave the optic on if I’m not mistaken SOME of PA optics have a auto off function and when it moves it turns on. Set an alarm every year and change the battery. If it’s not a life support tool and just lives in a safe then leave it off..

the cheapest palmetto kit without bcg that ive seen is about $275….if the red dot is about $100 or less…it is possible its under $500

I like the moe stock but not the handguard. I couldn't bring myself to replace the original m4 handguard so it's sitting in the box still. Agreed though, Anderson and PSA all the way! Just built my 3rd now got the bug. Slickguns.com is a sweet sight to find deals. Really great deals now since this video was shot.

You're not building that for under 500…. i have a PSA premium CHF upper on an anderson lower without magpul furniture/NB BCG was 650.00 otd…..
then you still need a rear sight.
