Can you please tell me what rail this is. I can NOT find a rail that will fit the standard ar 556 handguard. All of the screws are too small and go right through the holes. This one looks like it will work perfectly, but I can't find one like this anywhere. Everything is m-lok, moe or keymod. Please help a fellow out. Thanks.

magpul m lok rails do not work on a ruger ar556, i gotta go back to gander mountain tomorrow to return it lol

Seems like the heat guard would act like a washer to give it more strength I don't see a down side to doing it that way or an up side to going under it
