  1. I prefer to spend the extra money on ammunition and practice. It’s impossible to buy from a reputable company. I’m using a M & P sport. Brand new out of the box. It will last me a lifetime. I’ve added a bipod and a Vortex Strike Eagle Optic. The rest I’m not wasting money on.

  2. Where do you live, in which, a gun show would be selling, used-for-new, garbage guns? I agree about not rigging your rifle with a lot of crap. I have red dots on all my rifles because my eyesight isn't what it use to be and I can mount a flashlight if I need to use the rifle at night. I did have a after market mount on my Ruger Ar556 on which I had installed a foward vertical grip, but I took the mount off because I could hold the rifle better without it. That's it, rails for red dots and a flashlights, period.

  3. Some of the commentor's of this video are over the top! If you are looking to buy or build a ar and this is the only vid you watch, well you know!. Never been to a gun show. But their are crooks selling everything.

  4. Nice video , just picked up a 7.62×39 build , heavy barrel , nitrate m16 bolt , mil spec buffer tube , m-lok 15" fore end , 45° flip sights , enhanced firing pin and hammer spring , Magpul grip + stock , Anderson lower + upper , all I need is a good cheap optic and more 30 rnd mags lol $500 ish

  5. JUST SUBSCRIBED! Dude great video just saved me money was about to buy a timney ha as a lower price option til I saw your review anyway thanks from someone who is just starting to learn your video was great help sir 👍

  6. Ballistic Advantage is a decent barrel for the price, but getting under 1" moa is gonna be tough. Try out a Dracos barrel sometime and see how you like it, opens up so much more potential for extreme accuracy.

  7. It's usually the asshole commenters spitting off their experience to be the fakers. Why so many fucking ego complexes in the shooting world? Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one.

  8. as far as the rifle be a little lose that's not a problem…people think it's a problem but it's actually a good thing…makes the rifle easier to take apart….super tight rifles often require a hammer or something for disassembly

  9. the barrel is most important…
the rest of the shit can be replaced..the upper and lower are all basically the same..
ruger makes a good quality low coast rifle…they make all the parts in house… and will stand behind their product..

  10. I went to a gun show and a dealer was selling an AR15 with a roll pin in the A2 front sight where a taper pin should be. Sometimes you can see some interesting stuff when it comes to firearms.

  11. I have, and never will, buy hardware at a gun show. That goes for magazines and ammo too. Back in the eighties I bought a new Colt AR-15 A2 HBAR flat side. No fence around the mag release. Just like the one issued in the Corps. It has stayed that way since.

  12. Spikes lower, BA barrel, nitride BCG… medium (good) quality build. You mention your upper and lower are well matched… but then you show a device that takes up the slack.. so which is it? If the upper and lower were really tight you would not need that piece in the first place. Most Billet upper and lower's come with set screws to take up that slack. Also if you get a lighter BCG you may need it an adjustable gas block. Ambidextrous… not ambidextrious.. like you threw an extra "i" in there. Then you said Sloppily… its Sloppy… another added "i" lol. CMC makes an excellent trigger that is cheaper than most. I have seen the for $150. Anderson makes one of the best Budget lowers on the market.

  13. Idiots love "Crunch&Tickers" (Col. Cooper quote) RIP.
You killed me when talking about the gun show crowd. It's been a long time since I've been to one here in LA county. The gun grabbers shut it down.

Less is more most times in life, and especially with firearms.

I'm looking to pick up a few 80% lowers. AR, AR-10 (love my 30 Cal), and 1911. Hard times caused me to sell most of my stuff to buy the kids stuff for X-Mas, & rent, etc. I have the lowers I want, just need to drop the dime and purchase. Thanks for the info on the bolt action! Sounds like what I want for an AR.
