Everyone asks where I find AR-15 stuff in stock or where I order from, so here you are:

I share my experience with using the 80 Percent Arms AR-15 Easy Jig to complete my 80% AR-15 lower receiver. Overall, it was a very fun and rewarding process and I recommend it for anyone to try. If I can do it, you can too.

  1. Regarding the problem you had with the end mill "pulling" out of the router collet on your final pass, you may have very well not tightened it down enough, but it is also good practice to wipe off the end mill shank and inside of the collet with de-greasing solvent. Even a little oil on these surfaces can cause the end mill to pull out while milling the pocket. Especially new collets, which are often coated with cosmoline. Just a little something I learned as a machinist.

  2. I've worked with aluminum for over 20 years, and I'll give you a tip. Cutting oil tends to gum up with aluminum. The best thing to use is dish washing liquid and water. Mix it about a teaspoon of dish washing liquid to half a gallon of water. The soap & water will lubricate just as good as tap magic but won't bog down

  3. I’m writing a paper for school on politician lies. Some of my studies lead me here. What is the actual purpose of doing this? Other then it just sounds bad ass to build my own gun from scratch?

  4. Could someone direct me please to the documented reading material where it says building an unregistered AR15 is not against the law (so as long as its "you" doing it and youre not selling it). Just covering my ass

  5. You never show a good shot of the inside of the lower. So what if you slipped up a little a couple times. It wasn’t nothing drastic. The whole point is to see what the finished product looks like on all sides not just the side of it.

  6. This seems so much more complicated than my 5d Tactical jig, only have to drill one starter hole and the rest is using a router with no worries of hitting the jig with your end mill.

  7. You have an amazing wife! I am not saying this because my wife is any less amazing, she has saved me from death 3 times so far. I'm a diabetic and my sugar has been as low as 27 and has high as 1580. For most that would be a death sentence. To find a wife that not only watches out for you but shares your desires is hard to do today. Great Video and information.

  8. I'm not gonna Screew it together, you get the idea……..

    .5 seconds later…

    once you Screew it together….

    Not making fun….
After a super hectic day, for some reason that shit was hilarious…

    Good video,

  9. If we are allowed to machine an 80% lower receiver into a 100% working lower receiver, why can't we machine finish an 80% silencer (suppressor) without having to pay a tax stamp and register the silencer?
