  1. whats a good optic riser i was going to get the UTG Super Slim 3 Slots Picatinny Riser Mount .83" im running a Holosun micro greeen dot on a recce bcm 16" and want to co witness. what do you recommend?

  2. I just recently picked up essentially the same 11.5" (13.5" with muzzle brake/flash hider) configuration but as an 'any other weapon' because it has a vertical foregrip, and that's the only version of a new AR that we're able to legally purchase in CT. It came with the SBA3 brace and an AAC Brakeout so I can easily attach a suppressor if I want to down the road. Very light and nimble rig.

  3. Ak/m1a guy here. Looking into buying/building first ar15. Thank you for this video as there is so freakin much stuff to research. Every time i think i want this one.. there is a hitch. I appreciate your knowledge and insight, especially about 11.5" barrels.

  4. I love your favorite AR-15 air pistol. I know I would not be able to afford it. I have not been able to purchase all of the rifles and handguns that were stolen from me and my husband while we were at the hospital when he was passing with cancer. I love your videos and how you illustrate them. Thank you and God bless you

  5. My HK93 clone is 12.8 pounds with a 3-12×40 variable scope, bayonet, Full 40 round steel mag, 16 inch barrel, A2 esque HK flash hider, full fat hk handguards. and an extended green polymer HK stock. It's fat, the trigger is mush but you can still put rounds on target FAST thanks to the weight

  6. With that buffer tube on it the ATF could make a case that is a SBR generally a AR pistol can not have anything that can be considered an adjustable buttocks I would say he is pushing the envelope.

  7. Since you have an 11.5" barrel and that brace, you can actually put a VFG on your firearm. It will no longer be a pistol, but the ATF allowed this in a letter stating that a vertical foregrip can be put on a pistol that is longer in Overall Length (OAL) than 26 inches. Yours should be greater than 26 inches from buffer tube to end of barrel.

  8. How long do you think it's going to be before the ATF comes down on shouldering a brace? All the gun channels keep showing the guru's of the industry doing this, sure the courts ruled otherwise initially but don't you think we are giving a reason to reverse the decision? Love the pistol by the way.

  9. I'm sorry, but I have to correct you…that's not a pistol, it's a firearm. All thanks to the 11.5" barrel giving you an OAL greater than 26". Very important distinction which allows you to run the vertical grip.

  10. I never got the AR15 pistol thing. Short barrel causes velocity loss to the point it neuters 5.56. Also, they’re loud as hell with muzzle flash, 2 more negatives for a defensive rifle. Why not just a lightweight 16” carbine? Somebody convince me I should drop $1k on an AR pistol, lol
