Can i get a parts list. I want to build this upper…i have a 5.56 lower
How does the noise compare to a 5.56 AR 15. I was told the 6.5 was a good bit louder. Also, sorry if i missed it, but did your BCA upper come with a BCG?

So even with a rifle length gas system and 24" barrel you were able to use a carbine length buffer tube and carbine buffer without getting cycling issues?
I put together 6.5 Grendel, the barrel alone was $380 (match grade w/ spiral flutes with black finish). The total cost for this build was around $900. BCA a GREAT buy!
I love my Bearcreek 6.5 Grendel upper, performs perfectly! The funny part was Bearcreek sent the "test round" casing with it, a 9mm pistol casing, lmao. I've bought three complete uppers from them and will continue buying from them! +1 in my book!!

A lot of guys most likely got in line to buy these uppers because I ordered one for Midsouth Shooters Supply over two months ago and am still waiting. It's gone past their expected delivery date. I am hoping to get the thing sometime soon. Nice video. Would have been nice to see some real targets in the video shot in real time though.
I thought BCA recommended against steel case ammo for their uppers?

I plan on buying a BCA Grendel upper as soon as they are back in stock. I'm leaning toward a 20" 1:8 barrel or a 20" 1:8 5R barrel. What is the advantage of a 24" barrel?

Great video. I just ordered a BCA 6.5 Grendel upper myself so that my grandson could upgrade from the .300 Black Out I have been letting him use to hunt deer at my farm. He got his first deer at 8 yrs old, and he just got two this year at age 9. I have him hunting with the AR's because of the adjustable stock and him needing something he can shoulder and aim with. I was just cruising YouTube looking for more information on the cartridge saw you video and enjoyed the watch.
