Palmetto State Armory upper receiver and lower parts kit unboxing.
These were purchased during their “MOE Madness” sale a few weeks ago. The upper is fully assembled minus the BCG and charging handle. The upper included a 4150 CMV 1/7 twist, HPT/MPI, M4 feed ramps, F-marked front sight, A2 flash hider, sling loop, chrome lined bore, forged upper receiver and T-Marks. It also came with a Magpul MBUS backup site and Magpul MOE handguard.
The lower build kit included a Mil-Spec MOE stock, MOE grip, MOE trigger guard, lower parts kit, Mil-Spec buffer tube, castle nut and buffer.

Is the end cap opposite of delta ring triangle or circle? I ordered one and i want to order a drop in a quad rail instead of moe grip. Thank you.
Hi, I just wanna ask if the Flash Hider can be taken out or removable and not welded? So I can remove it and put a crown and pinned the barrel to follow NY compliant.

melonite finishing is actually considered better than chrome lining.
If you're in a hurry for any gun parts don't order from PSA. They have awesome deals though if you're willing to wait a week or 3.

I ordered mine Monday. It shipped out the next day. I was expecting a 15 day waiting period. it is on schedule to be here on Wednesday. So that is 8 days turn around. I am quite impressed.
how does that buffer work? mine isn't stamped.. and i don't have a scale… (mine looks like yours.) is it even possible to know what weight the buffer is without weighing it?
So basically just need a lower and your ready to go with this package ?

1. Is that barrel mfg by FN? I know a lot of their barrels are (if not all) I just can't confirm online and I just got my hands on the same exact upper.
2. Is that barrel chrome lined? I know the chamber is chrome lined, but cant confirm about the barrel.

I just ordered a PSA Moe+ lower parts kit, I've read good things about them. Hopefully everything will work and won't give me any problems.
Took a whole weapon 6 weeks.
Seems to be the norm for PSA.
