What kind of issues did you have with the brass?
How long do the barrels last on the 6.5
Just ordered the complete 6.5 CM AP 22 inch upper for 649.00 this included the charging handle and AP BCG to good of a deal to pass up this is in black with M-Lock 15 inch hand guard will cerokote fde or another color later.
What thermal do you use?
Awesome build looking into building a 6.5 myself what barrel are you using
Man love your build! I love coyote hunting gave me great idea's! Might have to steal your build lol.
Sweet setup! I was already sold on 6.5CM, but after getting to see many of your 6.5AR hog hunt vids, I am kicking myself for not starting on my own build sooner. Thanks for your positings. I'm currently using your videos as well as some research on building my own AR setup. Currently using a DPMS GENII .308 as a foundation build and then adding a 22" Criterion hybrid 6.5CM barrel. Just trying to decide on what rails to use. 15" AP hand-guard or a 15" Midwest Industries hand-guard, either in M-LOK. Already added a Geissele SSA-E trigger and Magpul PRSGen3 for a stock.
if you want lighter with the similar bullet 6.5 grendel alexander arms overwatch upper for AR15
Good stuff Bud! I have my Bergara B-14 HMR in hand now in 6.5. Have settled on a Vortex Viper PST gen II 5x25x50 33MM scope on an evolution gun works 20 MOA rail. Will use Vortex rings. Not gonna be a fast shooter like your rig for sure but will be a nightmare for prairie dogs, coyotes and deer. Thanks for the one year review and I know the land owner really appreciates what you're doing.
Thanks for responding
Love the videos ,how did ur elk hunt go?also what is ur fav 6.5 bullet
Thanks for sharing this, Ed. It's amazing to see how much accuracy you can get out of such an inexpensive barrel.
YouTube won't let me view comments on my phone? It's only on your vid. They censoring things again?
That is an awesome vid review. Thank you so much. I never thought Aero Precision was very good but you've definitely changed my mind. I can't wait to save up and build a 6.5 creed
I want a 6.5 bad. PSA is making them now, I'm leaning towards trying one
$3500 for the thermal that’s to rich for my blood.
Thanks for the price breakdown.
Excellent rifle Ed.
What is you opinion on PSA gen 2 6.5?
Good review Ed, you sure have me wanting one of those Pulsars now for my 6.5.
Excellent video. Love the 6.5 CM. Looking at another one today by savage in bolt action but now you have thinking about an AR platform.
Awesome review just what i was looking for, thanks for the info, keep the videos comin bud.
Were those 6.5 Grendel rounds you were fingering at the start of the video?
Nice setup. Looking for that article you mentioned at 4:40 though. I’m currently trying to soak up info on calibers, especially 6.5, in preparation for picking out a new bolt gun.
I’m enjoying your hunts, commentary, and ballistic notes. Keep up the good work, sir.
Thoroughly enjoy all your videos ! I have a Ruger Precision in 6.5 creedmoor, and I’m now starting an AR-10 build in 6.5 creedmoor also. This will be a dedicated night time hog/coyote rifle. Thanks for the review !
Why still no suppressor?
Great caliber, great build, great video. You rock, Ed!
Going to see how mounting my Apex XQ38 LRF works on a Savage BA10 Stealth today in 6.5Creedmoor… How well does your scope retain zero when taking it off to use thermal?
